<p>Stephenie Meyer’s birthday is <em>December</em> 24th = NOT the best time of year, weather-wise, to visit Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. Thus, in 2007, when Forks folks decided to create an annual <strong>Stephenie Meyer Day</strong> (SMD) celebration, they selected <em>Bella’s</em> birthday: SEPTEMBER 13th. Soon after beginning Tour The Twilight Saga research in 2013, I decided to do my recon trip to Forks, La Push, and Port Angeles during SMD week. (Quelle surpriZe!)</p>
